So with my grandpa we picked plums by the shovelful and I learned to make my first jams it was a great experience 🥰 🍴Ingredients (for about 4 jars): ▪️ 1kg pitted plums ▪️ 1kg confisucre 🥄Ustensils ▪️ salad bowl ▪️ 4 jars ▪️ immersion blender ▪️ wooden spoon 🍽Preparation: 1. Cut up the plums and place 1kg in a large salad bowl. 2. Add the sugar to the plums. 3. Leave to macerate as is for 24 hours at room temperature. 4. Pour mixture into a saucepan after 24h. 5. Stir to bind fruit and sugar. 6. Put on the heat – this is optional, but you can blend the mixture to get smaller pieces of fruit. 7. Wait for the mixture to boil and set the timer for 5 min. 8. Stir regularly to prevent the mixture from splattering. 9. Skim the mixture if necessary. 10. Pour into rimmed jars 11. Close jars and turn upside down on a cloth to seal 12.
