The British entertainment mogul and former American Idol judge has been open about his battle with gynecomastia, even joking about it on national television. Cowell underwent surgery to correct his problem in 2010 and has since been very outspoken about his decision, even offering advice to other men who may be struggling with the issue.

Actor and musician Jared Leto is no stranger to controversy, but he made headlines for a different reason in 2012 when he revealed that he had undergone surgery to correct his gynecomastia. 3. John Krasinski
